Replace missing teeth with beautiful, metal-free porcelain and zirconia bridges. No gold alloys, no dark lines — just a natural-looking restoration that supports your whole-body health.
A dental bridge closes a gap left by one or more missing teeth using the surrounding natural teeth as anchors. We use only metal-free ceramic materials — no gold, no alloys.
The teeth on either side of the gap are prepared and fitted with crowns. These anchor teeth provide the structural support for the entire bridge. Our crowns are zirconia or EMAX — 100% metal-free.
The pontic is the artificial tooth that fills the gap. It's crafted from porcelain or zirconia to match the exact shade, shape, and size of your natural teeth — completely indistinguishable at a glance.
The two crowns and the pontic are fused into a single, fixed restoration that is cemented permanently in place. It functions exactly like natural teeth — you brush and floss normally.
A gap in your smile is more than cosmetic — it triggers a chain of structural and health consequences that worsen over time.
Without a tooth in place, neighboring teeth gradually tilt and migrate into the gap, throwing off your bite alignment and creating crowding that is difficult to reverse.
The jawbone beneath a missing tooth begins to resorb (shrink) within months of tooth loss. Over time, this can change your facial structure, making you appear older and complicating future restorations.
Missing teeth reduce your ability to chew properly, which affects digestion and nutritional absorption. Patients often unconsciously avoid certain foods, limiting their diet over time.
Teeth play a crucial role in pronunciation. Missing front or side teeth can alter how certain sounds are formed, affecting your speech and confidence in conversation.
Traditional bridges use gold or base metal alloys in the substructure. Our biological approach uses only porcelain and zirconia — ceramic materials that are 100% metal-free, biocompatible, and look completely natural from every angle.
Bridge placement typically takes two appointments over two to three weeks.
X-rays and an exam determine whether the abutment teeth are healthy enough to support a bridge. Insurance is verified. All options — including bridges and implants — are discussed so you can make an informed decision.
The two anchor teeth are numbed and reshaped to accommodate the crowns. All decay and any existing metal restorations are removed. Impressions are taken and sent to the lab for fabrication of your custom ceramic bridge.
A temporary bridge is placed over the prepared teeth to protect them and maintain appearance while your permanent restoration is being crafted by the dental laboratory (approximately 1–2 weeks).
Your custom ceramic bridge is checked for fit, bite, and color. Minor adjustments are made chairside before it is permanently cemented. You leave with a complete, natural-looking smile.
